Celebrities Boycott Beverly Hills Hotel Over Owner Sultan of Brunei's Anti Gay Laws

Kim k's bridal shower was originally supposed to hold at the Beverly Hill's Hotel, but because of  recent policies by the hotel's owner Sultan of Brunei  Hassanal Bolkiah, her mum and sisters decided to boycott the hotel.

He recently implemented some laws in his country, that  includes sentencing gay men and women to death by stoning.

Jay Leno, Richard Branson, Ellen Degeneres are some of the celebrities that also have decided to boycott the hotel.

The sultan is also the owner of the Dorchester hotel.

The law also includes jail term for people who miss friday's prayers,and cutting off the limbs of convicted thieves.

The Beverly Hills Hotel  boycott began when the LGBT group the gill action fund canceled their conference there.
