I Have No Sympathy For Rob............. Kim Kardashian West.

Rob Kardashian may be having a hard time these days, but sister Kim says she's not one to baby him.

On Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Rob, 27, failed to show up to the airport for the family's trip to Thailand. Though sister Khloé was worried, Kim ... not so much.

"We've all been here to offer him help and he won't take it, so I don't have sympathy," Kim, 33, said during breakfast one day on the vacation.

She went on to tell the cameras, "I think I'm just more of the tough love kind of person." As opposed to Khloé's coddling, "My personality is like, 'All right, you complain, you don't like it, get up and do something about it.' "

But it may not that be that easy. "Rob has deeper issues than just weight," Khloé, 30, said during the episode, citing how hard he took her split from Lamar Odom.

Rob, who later skipped the European wedding of Kim and Kanye West, is at least trying to tackle his weight struggles, hitting the gym with trainer Gunnar Peterson.

"Rob works out in beast mode," Peterson told PEOPLE last month. "I know he can do this." Culled
