Malala Yousfzai To Celebrate Her 17th Birthday In Nigeria.

It's no longer news that MalalaYousafzai , who was shot in the head by the Taliban for her courage in fighting for girl education has arrived in Nigeria [See Here ] in order to join her voice to the call to #bringbackourgirls.


90 days ago, armed men disguised as Military men stormed Government Secondary School, Chibok  in the dead of the night and made away with  276 girls, reports have it that some have escaped but there are still more than 200 girls in the hands of the boko haram sect which claimed responsibility for the kidnapping in a video.

Countries all over the world, protested and called for the release of the girls, governments sent intelligence agents to help the Nigerian military in bringing back the girls, so far its an exercise in futility.

Malala who is going to spend her 17th birthday on monday in Nigeria as she meets with President Goodluck Jonathan said:

"I can see those girls as my sisters ... and I'm going to speak up for them until they are released, my birthday wish this year is... bring back our girls now and alive."

Earlier today Malala met with some of the parents of the kidnapped girls.
