Zuckerberg launched Facebook with colleagues who later became controversial. There’s
investor Sean Parker, who helped build Napster and who was later pushed out of
Facebook after being arrested for cocaine possession.
And then
there’s Eduardo Saverin, Zuckerberg’s Brazilian-born Harvard buddy, who created
a stir by renouncing his U.S. citizenship shortly before Facebook went public,
sparking outraged accusations of tax dodging.
Zuckerberg still owns 29% of the
company, constituting a hefty chunk of his estimated $26.6bn net worth. But his
voting rights in Facebook, thanks to possession of a special class of shares,
stand at 57%; even after all these years, what Zuckerberg says, goes.
Zukerberg on Forbes List is the 21st richest man in the world, 15th in the United States. He's an inspiration to many youths as he has been able to actualise the saying '' If you can think it, you can do it''.
