Election Campaign? President Goodluck Jonathan Pays Surprise Visit To Borno State.

President Goodluck Jonathan today 15th of January paid  a surprise visit to Maiduguri, Borno State capital, believed to be the hotbed of the activities of the Boko Haram sect. 

While there, he met and addressed Men and officers of the 7 Division Nigeria Army at the Maimalari Cantonment in Maiduguri. He was received at the airport by the state Governor, Kashim Shettima.

He embarked on the trip shortly after laying wreaths as part of activities marking the Armed Forces Remembrance Day in Abuja.
