Adams Oshiomole 's Top Aides Defect To PDP.

Osama Erediawa  the Executive Director, Office of the Governor of Edo state and Mr Gaskin Eke Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Inter-Party Relations on Thursday announced their defection to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Mr. Erediawa told journalists in Benin that he chose the PDP to ensure that the party would win the presidential election in 2015 and the governorship election in the state in 2016.

He said that he was not forced or induced by any individual to join the PDP, adding that he voluntarily resigned from the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the Oshiomhole-led government.

Mr. Eke said that he resigned because he opposed some actions of the government.

The PDP Chairman in Edo Chief, Dan Orbih, and other leaders of the party, received the defectors and presented them with the party’s membership cards.
